ADITYA VARDAN – SPV Technology applications

Our pioneered solutions for Solar PV Applications are based on 2nd generation (Cadmium telluride (CdTe). Etc) & 3rd Generation (Tandem-Perovskite. Etc) photovoltaics technology for Hot Climate countries application to achieve Great Operational Profit outcomes. And also minimise the depreciation cost of SPV Projects in Hot Climate countries.

ADITYA VARDAN – SPV Tree Structures

Conventional solar photovoltaic installations require approximately 8-10 m2 of shadow free land area per kW. In growing demand for land and with continuous increase in population it will difficult to accommodate land for Ground mounted conventional solar power projects. Hence, solar tree designs have been proposed to reduce the ground foot print significantly by a factor of 10 times.

ADITYA VARDAN – Ground Mounted Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) –Dish Technology

 

Our CSP dish engine system consists of a stand-alone parabolic reflector that concentrates light onto a receiver positioned at the reflector’s focal point. The reflector tracks the Sun along two axes. The working fluid in the receiver is heated to 250–700 °C (482–1,292 °F) and then used generate direct steam. Parabolic-dish systems provide high solar-to-electric efficiency (between 31% and 32%), and their modular nature provides scalability.

        • Direct steam generation (DSG) receivers have been developed for dishes designed to be connected small, off-grid engines and to large, on-grid steam power plants. Our selected CSP- Dish Technology can generate 24,00,000 kWh (units) per year based on 300 days operational calculation in most parts of South India, Rajasthan, Gujarat and major part of M.R and M.P. 
        • 1 MW of CSP-Dish Technology requires only 2.50 Arc of land (conventional  ground mounted SPV required 5 Arc of land for 1 MW plant). And easily adaptable for Agro-Voltalic applications.

ADITYA VARDAN – Ground Mounted Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) – Parabolic trough technology

 

Our parabolic trough consists of a linear parabolic reflector that concentrates light onto a receiver positioned along the reflector’s focal line. The receiver is a tube positioned directly above the middle of the parabolic mirror and filled with a working fluid. The reflector follows the sun during the daylight hours by tracking along a single axis. A working fluid is heated to 150–350 °C (302–662 °F) as it flows through the receiver and is then used as a heat source for a power generation system.

          • The overall efficiency from collector to grid, i.e. (Electrical Output Power)/(Total Impinging Solar Power) is about 24%, more than PV (Photovoltaic Cells) but less CSP Dish technology. This Technology can be used for cogeneration (Electricity + Thermal), Tri-generation (Electricity + Thermal + Cooling). Our selected CSP- Parabolic trough Technology can generate 16,00,000 kWh (units)  to 19,00,000 kWh (units)  per year based on 300 days operational calculation in most parts of South India, Rajasthan, Gujarat and major part of M.R and M.P.

ADITYA VARDAN – Rooftop Photo Voltaic Thermal (PVT) & Concentrated Photovoltaic (CPV)- technology

 

Rooftop CPV is meant for Simultaneous generation of hot water and electricity from Single system with effective utilization of rooftop space. 

        • In  traditional PV panel about 85% of solar energy is wasted as heat. Also, the installation needs a lot of area to generate 1KW of heat (100sqft needed for 1KW). 1KW of solar panels produce only 4 kWHr (electricity units) a day. Given the low energy output, it takes about 12-15 years to recover the system investment and hence it makes solar roof top an unattractive investment. Our proposed technology will resolve this problem and took upon the challenge to deliver a cost-effective rooftop solution for consumers.
        • our proposed technology will be suitable for residentials, hotels and Commercials. Our proposed model will generate 3kW + 500 litres per day is best minimum configuration model. 

 

Rooftop PVT & CPV- technology

ADITYA VARDAN – Ground Mounted Concentrated Solar Power (CSP)-Fresnel reflectors  technology

 

Our selected Fresnel reflectors are made of many thin, flat mirror strips to concentrate sunlight onto tubes through which working fluid is pumped. Flat mirrors allow more reflective surface in the same amount of space than a parabolic reflector, thus capturing more of the available sunlight, and they are much cheaper than parabolic reflectors. Fresnel reflectors can be used in various size CSPs. 

          • Our selected CSP- Fresnel reflectors Technology can generate 14,00,000 kWh (units)  to 17,00,000 kWh (units)  per year based on 300 days operational calculation in most parts of South India, Rajasthan, Gujarat and major part of M.R and M.P. it can be adoptable to Agrovoltalic application

PAVANPUTRA is Our Sustainable techno commercial platform for wind technologies-based application projects for Wind & Hybrid with Solar applications (Grid-connected OR Standalone) 

        • With our partners with the knowledge base of aerodynamics and composite technologies related to high-end aerospace applications are being utilized for spin-off societal applications in the renewable energy sector. Our Partners has designed and developed small Wind systems in the range of 1kW to 20kW capacities.
        • We are further re designed and developed 10kW (5kW Wind + 5kW Solar) & 20kW (10kW Wind + 10kW Solar) Wind and Solar systems, based on the cost and performance ratio basis. The 10kW  & 20kW W&SH system is commissioned at Indian Environment. Powering of Agri pumps has been demonstrated using the W&SH system, also for domestic & commercial purposes.
